Changes to Velohost policies generally fall into one of the following categories:

4. Change notification

Material changes that affect user rights, obligations, or data handling will be reflected directly within the relevant policy page.

Each policy page includes an effective date indicating the most recent update.

Velohost does not retroactively apply changes to previously processed data where prohibited by law.

5. Versioning approach

Velohost maintains internal version control for trust and policy documentation.

Public-facing pages are always updated in place to reflect the current version in force.

Where appropriate, prior versions may be archived for reference or regulatory purposes.
