Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Policy
Velohost maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any activity that facilitates its creation, distribution, or access.

1. Zero-tolerance policy
Velohost strictly prohibits the creation, storage, transmission, access, or facilitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
Any involvement with CSAM is illegal, harmful, and incompatible with the operation of Velohost services.
2. Scope of services
Velohost does not operate user-generated content platforms, social networks, file hosting services, messaging systems, or media storage products.
Velohost tools analyse publicly observable internet infrastructure data and operate without persistent storage of user-submitted content.
As a result, Velohost does not host, store, or distribute user content that could be used to upload or share CSAM.
3. Prohibited activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using Velohost services to access or identify CSAM
- Attempting to use infrastructure tools to locate illegal material
- Automating or scraping services for abusive purposes
- Any activity intended to facilitate child exploitation
4. Detection and safeguards
Velohost designs systems to minimise misuse and applies technical and operational safeguards to detect and prevent abuse of its services.
Where credible indicators of illegal activity are identified, appropriate action may be taken, including service restriction or escalation to relevant authorities.
5. Reporting concerns
If you believe Velohost services are being misused in connection with CSAM or child exploitation, you should report this immediately.

6. Cooperation with authorities
Velohost complies with applicable UK law and cooperates with law enforcement where legally required.
Any cooperation is limited to lawful, proportionate, and properly issued requests.

7. Data retention
Velohost does not retain user-submitted content or historical query data by default.
Any data preserved in connection with a legal obligation is handled in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy .
8. Policy updates
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, or platform architecture.
